Serving up simple breakfast and lunch staples, Bobo’s, whose initial location is on Route 202 in Somers, is known for putting modern spins on classic dishes like scrambled egg bowls, sandwiches, salads and more.

The new locations are at 1 Station Plaza in Chappaqua and 57 Route 6 in Baldwin Place.
